Was in Store yesterday and went to the self check out. I set my few things on wrong side of the check out and was told quite abruptly to move it to other side. Following the instruction I still had some issue… I’m not a fan of self checks outs, but felt like the staff standing around where to help. I scanned everything and put them in the cart and I realized the security tags needed to be removed. I then asked this other woman if she could assist and the reaction on her face and behaviors was quite rude. The bad attitude towards me was uncalled for. She asked for the receipt which I gave her and the two clothing items where scanned first, but she stood there going through the entire receipt and at same time looking at me then looking at the shopping cart! I asked her why she was looking at the entire receipt and she said it was required. I don’t have an issue with that but she could have explained that and kept her lack of customer service to herself. If you need to know her name you can find out as she was on duty with the other person at approx 12:30 or thereabouts. I have never been so upset in a grocery store before… rude, disrespectful and ignorant. TESCO needs to get some of the staff trained properly with Customers Service! Sincerely

Went to Tesco Dungannon tonight, went to weigh pink lady apples. First scale had nothing set up for them, went to another the same and had to go to a third scale before I found one that was programmed for them. Had the same issue with parsnips and had to go to a second scale. The scanners are as slow as you would not believe but the scanners the Tesco workers use are really fast, watched one guy scanning a product and he lifted one and scanned it ten times in ten seconds and lifted the box and put 10 in his cart. When I got to the till this evening it informed me after I had payed that I could not have a receipt. Two workers tried for 15 minutes to help me but in the end I gave up. If I had the option of going somewhere else I would never darken its door again. Absolute shambles and I feel sorry for the staff who have to deal with this as they are really good people. Also as a final parting shot, try and make a complaint to Tesco as thier website sends you spinning for 20 minutes with the hope you will give in and give up.

Large superstore has everything you could want, from clothes, electrical, stationery, mobile phones, food and off licence. Convenient to Dungannon town and opposite the bus station. Petrol station on site. Plenty of free parking.

Always go to Tesco many a time I have had food that is definitely out of date and mouldy with still good dates on them this is the last straw

The reason I am giving this 4 stars is the price i understand that if you use your club card to make stuff cheaper... And why is there only 1 cash and card self checkout because 1 of them is no alcohol please fix this.

Great store. Good variety, friendly and helpful staff. Only negative comments - I wish they would stop moving the products around. I just get used to where everything is and next thing I know it's moved. - The signage on the isles could be greatly improved making it more user friendly.

Hard to fault the wide range of goods on offer. Store carries a wide range of foods for most tastes. There is also a good selection of meat alternatives for those under the spell of veganism. Some are even palatable. There are clothing optiions also, but can't comment as I don't shop for garments there.
